Ready to meet a few new faces at this year’s meeting? Or just reconnect with your colleagues? The Welcome Reception is the perfect opportunity to do so! This networking event takes place immediately following the Opening Ceremony and Plenary Lectures, where the conference chair will kick off the event with a group toast. Conference attendees will enjoy a welcome reception of wine and light hors d'oeuvres. Open to all conference participants; conference name badge is required for entry.

Enjoy an open bar and delicious bites while cruising the exhibit hall to network and build new connections. The exhibition offers opportunities to view new product launches, check out innovative products, explore ground-breaking technologies, and discuss challenges and solutions with experts in the booths. Open to all conference participants; conference name badge is required for entry.

 

Welcome Aboard the Yacht for an Evening to Remember

CONFERENCE GALA DINNER

Enjoy gourmet cuisine and fine wines while cruising along the San Francisco Bay where the spectacular panorama skyline of the “City by the Bay” comes into view. San Francisco Bay is one of the most scenic areas of the world. On a perfect day, sail under the magnificent Golden Gate Bridge, see the hillsides of the Presidio and Fort Winfield Scott located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge. Cruise around the infamous Island of Alcatraz, see Angel Island, Berkeley, Treasure Island, the Bay Bridge, and the shorelines of Tiburon, Belvedere and the legendary town of Sausalito. Also take in the sites of the Palace of Fine Arts, Coit Tower, the colorful enclaves of Ghirardelli Square, and Fisherman's Wharf with its picturesque piers.

The number of tickets is limited for this memorable event, and we cannot be certain there may a ticket available if you wait to try to purchase onsite. Tickets are offered for as little as $50 (a $150 value) for an evening of networking opportunities with fellow colleagues, sightseeing, food, and entertainment. We strongly suggest you pre-purchase your ticket. You may purchase at the time you complete your online registration, or you may return to your online registration and add the conference dinner. The dinner cruise, operated by Hornblower Cruises, is located on Pier 3 on the Embarcadero at Washington Street. Pier 3 is a 25 minute walk from the Marriott. By street car, the F "historical" street car is one block from the Marriott and will take guests to or from the "Embarcadero and Washington" stop in 10 minutes. FAREWELL RECEPTION

The Farewell Reception takes place immediately following the Closing Ceremony on Friday afternoon. Before heading out, join us to bid farewell to fellow conference attendees.
